She spent all her so short life in Shettleston, Glasgow. Which was also So very close to where she was killed !!!
Marion was the second youngest of 8,
4 Brothers & 3 Sisters
All of whom were { the army of }
Wee Betty & Big George McNay.
Whom are both now with her!
Our Sis' was so tragically taken from us
at the so tender age of just 8 yrs young
{5 wks & 2 days before her 9th Birthday}
Where She had barely begun to bloom her wee life was to be cut so short.
All of which was via a Speeding Drunk Driver !!!
Such happend on the 18th August 1975 ....
via which she lay in a coma for 5 days & which was switched off on the 23rd
As then IF She had came thru .... damage to Her Brain was so severe
she would have been extensively affected !!!
And even now to think that at such a young age, she was extremely careful at crossing roads !!
That driver would/will never be able to comprehend how much he tore into the life of this Family, the day he Stupidly went behind that steering wheel while intoxicated !!!!
Tho I'd loved to get the chance to tell him !!!
Neither did he ever pay for such
Tho' no prison sentence etc regardless of time !!Wouldve given us our Sis' back
BUT what comes around surely must go around !!!
As to lose such a Sister was to surely be 4ever life changing !!!!!
She'd also be an Auntie to 8 & a Great Auntie to 4 ....
tho she never got to see them,
she'll be watching over them from Heaven.
Their Wee Guardian Angel, No doubt !!
As well as watching over us aw !
Even for such a young kid, She was tremendously loved & so highly thought of by all who knew her, Friends, Neighbours, Teachers etc etc.
Many lives were to be forever affected the day She was taken !!!
Always smiling, extremely pleasant & helpful to others regardless of their age !
Whenever Her Name is mentioned ....
She is always spoke of in a very lovingly manner & which also brings a sad smile onto the ppl faces.
As in remembering Her & all the happiness She gave.
We also realize once again that
We'll never have her Beautiful presence ever !!

No one knew that Morning,
What sorrow the Day would bring.
When a heart of gold, stopped beating,
And We couldn't do a thing !
As u only take the best God
take a look 'round ur Garden,
And see that Angel with the biggest smile ...
